- Booking details: your name, email, phone number, service address, home size, preferred date and time, and any notes or access instructions you give us.
- Payment records: the amount, date and method of each payment you make to us.
- Messages: what you send us by phone, text or email.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To confirm, schedule and carry out your cleaning.
- To send booking confirmations, receipts and service updates.
- To answer questions and resolve problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with service providers that help us run the business: our website host and the form service that delivers booking requests to our email. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Access codes and keys
Access instructions are used only for your appointments, shared only with the cleaner assigned to you, and deleted when you ask or when you stop using our services.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax requirements, usually up to 7 years for financial records. Other information is deleted when it's no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@tidytash.online. We'll respond within 30 days. We may keep records we're legally required to keep.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Our services and website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
