Terms of Service

1. Our services

We provide residential and office cleaning in Melissa, Texas and nearby areas. The tasks included in each service are listed on our services page. We clean surfaces we can safely reach. We don't move heavy furniture, clean exterior windows above ground level, handle biohazards, or clean up after pests or mold.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking request is not confirmed until we accept it by phone or email and agree a date, arrival window and price with you. We may decline a booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing

Prices on our website are estimates in US dollars for homes up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Your final price depends on the size and condition of the property and is confirmed before your clean. If the property's condition is very different from what was described, we'll talk to you before starting and may adjust the price or scope with your agreement.

4. Payment

• No payment is collected when you request a booking.
• Payment is due when your clean is complete. We'll confirm accepted payment methods when we confirm your booking.
• For recurring cleans, payment is due after each visit. You can stop recurring service at any time with 48 hours' notice.
• Unpaid balances may delay future bookings.

5. Cancellations, refunds and re-cleans

Cancellations, rescheduling, our re-clean guarantee and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Access and safety

• Please give us safe access to the property at the agreed time, along with working water and electricity.
• Access details such as keys and codes are used only for your appointment and kept private.
• Please secure pets that may be anxious or aggressive around visitors.
• We may stop work if a cleaner feels unsafe, and we'll contact you right away.

7. Your belongings

Please put away cash, jewelry, fragile and irreplaceable items before your clean. Damage must be reported within 48 hours, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We're not responsible for wear from normal cleaning, items that were already damaged or poorly installed, or loss of items left unsecured against this request.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, except where we're responsible for damage to your property as described in section 7.

9. Website use

You agree to give accurate information when booking and not to misuse this website. The content of this site, including our logo, belongs to Tidy Tash.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Bookings already confirmed follow the terms in effect when they were confirmed.
